Sir, the reply to the clarifications raised by ZO is as under: -
1. The industry generates Hazardous waste of category 21.1 from paint section, category 35.3 from ETP, category 5.1 from service of DG Set & Fire Engine and category 33.1 (Empty containers) ………………
2. The hazardous waste generated from the paint section, covered under Category 21.1, is being lifted by M/s Eco Management & Protection Services, which has valid authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 up to 31.10.2030.
3. The hazardous waste generated from the ETP, covered under Category 35.3, is being lifted by M/s Eco Management & Protection Services, which has valid authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 up to 31.10.2030.
4. The hazardous waste generated from the Empty Paint drums, covered under Category 33.1, is being lifted by M/s Surya chemicals, which has valid authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 up to 10.05.2029.
5. The hazardous waste generated from the Spent oil, covered under Category 5.1, is being lifted by M/s Indian Petro Chemicals, which has valid authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 up to 31.03.2027.
