It is submitted that point wise reply of the observation raised by the Authority is as under: -
1. The industry has obtained CTO under Water Act,1974 with validity 24.4.2026 and Air Act,1981 valid upto 05/05/2026.
2. In ideal condition, the vehicle should be in the name of pre-processor/ industry. However, the industry has given detail of dedicated vehicle to be utilized for carrying of ETP sludge including copy of RC and driving license.
If approved, it is recommended that authorization under HoWM Rule, 2016 may be granted to industry for one year with suitable conditions.
