It is submitted that the HCF has applied to obtain Bio-medical Authoriztion under the provisions of the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 for bed capacity of 87. However, the effluent samples from the STP and ETP of the HCF were collected on 29.10.2025 and as per the analysis report the effluent samples are not within the prescribed limits of the Standards as prescribed by the Board. Thus, a detailed report regarding the same has been processed through an e-noting file. Therefore, the application cannot be processed at this stage and as such you are requested to kindly return the case. |
