Sir, kindly peruse the note of AEE. In view of the facts mentioned in the note of AEE, it is recommended that the fresh authorization under HOWM Rules, 2016 for generation, collection & storage of hazardous waste of Cat. No. 5.1 @ 0.01 TPA, Cat. No. 5.2 @ 0.180 TPA, and Cat. No. 35.3 @ 0.480 TPA may kindly be considered for grant of authorization upto 30.09.2030 (in consonance with the air consent) subject to the suitable conditions and additional
conditions as mentioned in the note of AEE, please. |
