The application was scrutinized on 06.12.2025 and it was observed as under: 1. The industry was earlier granted authorization for 21.2 Fillers residues (Schedule I) @ 0.4 Numbers/Day, 120 Number/Year, Category 5.2 Wastes/residues containing oil (Schedule I) @ 0.3 Numbers/Day ,90 Number/Year, Category 5.1 Used/spent oil (Schedule I) @ 0.008 Kilo Liters/Day ,2 KL/Year, Category 33.3 Discarded containers/ barrels / liners contaminated with hazardous wastes/chemicals (Schedule I) @ 33 Numbers/Day ,10000 Number/Year; however, it has now applied for obtaining renewal of Category 21.1 @ 120 Nos/Annum, Category 5.2 @ 90 No./Annum, Category 5.1 @ 2 KLA and Category 33.1 @ 10,000 No/Annum. Kindly clarify. 2. The industry has not submitted the manifests for lifting of hazardous waste. 3. The industry was granted CTO in the name of Sh. Rajiv Vasisht, (General Manager, Projects); however, it has applied for authorization in the name of Sh. D S Chahal. Kindly clarify. 4. The industry has not submitted the agreements for lifting of hazardous waste of Category 21.1 @ 120 Nos/Annum, Category 5.1 @ 2 KLA and Category 33.1 @ 10,000 No/Annum. 5. The industry has submitted the agreement for lifting of hazardous waste of category 33.3; however, it has not applied for obtaining authorization for the same. Kindly clarify. However, the industry has not replied to the observations after affording adequate time period. As such, the application cannot be processed at this stage and is hereby returned with request to resubmit the application after attending the above said observations. |
