The Industry has applied for fresh Authorization for Cat. 5.1 (Used or spent oil) @ 0.035 KLA & Cat. 35.1 (Exhaust Air or Gas cleaning residue) @ 12 TPA under the new name i.e. RENNY STRIPS LTD.
The qty of HW generated /lifted as submitted in Form -4 ....... is not in consonance with the qty applied in HW application .............
Further , RO to mention the authorization / AUC of the recycler (M/s Madhav KRG Environmental Solution)......Adequacy of HW storage room and its storage as per HWm Rules ,2016 .
MAy if approved, RO be asked to submit the case as per above points please.
