Sir, as per above note of AEE, the industry is complying with the provisions of the authorization under HWM Rules, 2016 as well as SOPs framed for such type of units. In view of the above, it is recommended that:- 1. Authorization under the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 for Collection, Storage, Transportation and Utilization of ETP sludge i.e. hazardous waste of category 32.3 of schedule - I @ 4800 TPA, may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30.09.2030 with suitable conditions. 2. AUC -cum- passbook for Collection, Storage, Transportation and Utilization of ETP sludge i.e. hazardous waste of category 32.3 of schedule - I @ 4800 TPA, may be granted to the industry for a period upto 30.09.2030 with suitable conditions.
