The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The name mentioned in the application is not matching with site plan and in the undertaking letter (the unit shall apply though common name).
2. The project proponent is required to submit feasibility report.
3. The industry is required to submit manufacturing process flow chart.
4. The project proponent has not submitted land use classification regarding suitability of site from competent Authority.
5. The project proponent is required to submit the distance certificate/site suitability from the competent authority.
6. The project proponent is required to submit revenue record such as Jamabandi for land area to the name of applicant.
7. The project proponent is required to pay adequate fees.
It is requested to reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete
