1. The project proponent has increase plant and machinery cost. Hence, the project proponent needs to submit bills of the same.
2. The project proponent needs to site suitable certificate from concerned authority for upgradation/modernization.
3. The project proponent has increased its building cost. Hence, the project proponent needs to submit approved layout plan from the Director of Factories
4. the project proponent needs to clarify after increase in plant and machinery, the impact of it on the production capacity or not.
5. The project proponent has not deposited NOC regularization fee for expansion of consent fee.
