The application was scrutinized and observed that:-
1. The industry has now changed its ownership is required to apply for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 instead of fresh NOC.
2. The industry is also required to submit compliance of SOP’s of lead recycler units.
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter can be taken, please.
