It is submitted that the application for Consent to Operate has been received from S.R Resorts . During scrutiny of the application, the following observations have been made:
1. Compliance report of personal hearing dated 22.01.2026 has not been submitted.
2. The project proponent has not submitted an undertaking regarding prohibition of single-use plastic items within the premises.
3. Fees needs to be re-examined since CTE expired on 03.07.2020 and CTO balance fee has been paid from Jan 2022.
4. Application for CTO Air has not been applied.
Therefore, it is requested to address the above said observations within 2 days. |
