The application was scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The project proponent has applied for consent to operate according to old categorization of the industry i.e. RED / 1063: Building and construction projects irrespective of built up area and having waste water generation 100 KLD and above area. The project proponent needs to apply category of the industry i.e. Orange 10.1/ Building construction project ≥ 20,000 sq. m. built-up area according to the new categorization as per CPCB directions dated 12.02.2025.
2. The PP has not submitted analysis report of the effluent sample by NABL approved laboratory.
3. The project proponent has not submitted the compliance report of earlier granted CTO in tabulated form.
