While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:-
1. The HCF has not submitted details w.r.t. Completion certificate of ETP, which will be installed by the hospital separately from Civil Hospital.
2. The HCF has not submitted compliance report of previously granted Consents to Operate.
3. The HCF has not submitted compliance report of authorization granted under the Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016.
4. The HCF has not submitted agreement made with CBWTF.
5. The HCF has not submitted record maintained w.r.t generation and lifting of bio-medical waste.
Please submit the above said documents within 2 days. |
