The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry is required to submit compliance report in annotated form.
2. The industry has submitted certificate issued vide no. MTP/2318 dated 26.12.2023 by Municipal Town Planner, M.C Jalandhar according to which the site of the industry falls in no-construction zone and the industry shall operate its activity at this site upto 22.08.2025. The industry is required to submit extension of the above said certificate issued by MTP if approved.
3. The industry has submitted the C.A certificate in which value of plant & machinery is Rs. 3,39,49,639/- and total value is Rs. 7,27,34,245/- as on 30.09.2025 whereas with the previous application they submitted the C.A certificate in which value of plant & machinery is Rs. 2,99,81,862/- and total value is Rs. 5,72,97,429/- as on 31.03.2024 (with the last granted applications). The unit is required to submit the detail of this increase and amend application form if any.
Keeping in view of above, if approved case may be returned and applicant may be requested to re-apply after clarifying the above and mentioning all the requisite details duly in consonance with Environmental Laws.
