The application has been scrutinized, and the following observations have been made:
1.The Project Proponent (PP) has not attached the partnership deed / proprietorship certificate.
2.The Project Proponent has not submitted a Brief Project Report containing the manufacturing process flow, along with the feasibility report of the project from the pollution angle, duly vetted by an Environmental Consultant / Chartered Engineer.
2.The Project Proponent has not submitted land ownership/possession documents, i.e., land registration deed / Jamabandi / rent deed / lease deed, indicating complete details of the property.
4. The project proponent is required to clarify regarding exact date of commissioning of the industry, As the PP has submitted a copy of application form dated 26.09.2018 for extension electricity load, GST registration certificate is of dated 01.07.2017 and PAN Card of the firm dated 04.02.2005.
In view of the above deficiencies, the application cannot be processed at this stage. Therefore, the Project Proponent is required to submit the above-mentioned documents within 03 days, positively in order to further process the application
