The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has not filled the application form accurately regarding Wastewater Consumption, generation and treatment details.
2. The industry has not mentioned the total built-up area in the application form. The pp is required to mentioned the built-up area so that that category of the project can be categorized, as per the new CPCB guidelines 2025.
You are therefore requested to submit the reply of the above said observations within 3 days so that further necessary action in the matter may be taken.
