Respected Sir,
It is respectfully submitted that I had applied within 3 months from the date of expiry of the previous consent. Therefore, it is requested that the penalty may kindly be considered as 10% as per applicable norms.
I have already deposited a fee of ₹56,400/-, calculated at ₹4,700/- per month for 12 months. It is requested that the 10% penalty amounting to ₹5,640/- may kindly be adjusted from the already deposited fee, and the remaining amount may be considered for granting CTO (Consent to Operate) for a period of 10 months.
Further, the difference of ₹5.83 crore shown in the CA Certificate is only due to an increase in land cost as per government norms. No new civil work or construction has been carried out at the site.
Therefore, no additional NOC fee is applicable in this case.
It is requested to kindly consider my case sympathetically and issue the CTO accordingly.
