It is intimated that the application of the industry is scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The documents regarding Completion certificate of ETP and ETP supplies declaration uploaded by the industry has been found unsigned/unstamped.
2. The compliance report of the previous granted consent conditions submitted unsigned/unstamped by the unit.
3. As per previous DPR submitted with CTE shows the plant and machinery cost was Rs. 160.0 Lacs. As per the latest CA certificate submitted with application the cost of plant and machinery has been mentioned as Rs. 310.0 Lacs. The details of increase of Rs. 150.0 in plant and machinery cost is not submitted with this application.
You are requested to clarify the above said observations within 02 days.
