30946981 false true The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under: 1. The land use classification issued by MC, Sirhind-Fatehgarh Sahib has not contained dispatch number and date on it. 2. The industry had earlier submitted a letter issued vide no. 908 dated 01.07.2025 by MC, Sirhind-Fatehgarh Sahib, stating that the site of unit falls under mixed land use according to the notified master plan for Fatehgarh Sahib as well as falls within the MC limits. However, the applicant also submitted a letter from the MC, Sirhind-Fatehgarh Sahib stating that the same site comes under a commercial zone according to the designated land use of the notified master plan, Sirhind (2010-2031). Kindly clarify. 3. The industry is required to submit the permission regarding operation of the unit in the commercial zone/mixed land use zone from the Concerned Authority. 4. As per electricity bill submitted by the unit, the date of electric connection is 20.04.2021. As such, the unit is required to deposit 500% penalty of one year fee as well as additional consent fee under the both Acts as the fee already deposited by the industry is adequate upto 19.04.2026 only. 5. In the lease deed, no details regarding the Khasra numbers of the land have been mentioned. Further, as per the lease deed, only the building has been given on lease; however, no details regarding the land given on lease have been mentioned in the lease deed. From the above, it can be concluded that land site suitability is unclear. Therefore, the applicant is requested to remove the above said observations within two days so that the application can be processed further. 2026-01-19 14:01:52.181
