While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:-
1. The project proponent has proposed to develop a commercial complex over a total land area of 22 kanal. However, the registry documents submitted pertain only to 6 kanal of land. Therefore, the project proponent is required to submit registry of total land area of 22 kanal.
2. The project proponent has feasibility report, as per which, the water calculation were found in-adequate. Therefore, the project proponent is required to submit revised feasibility report.
3. The project proponent is required submit the details w.r.t plantation area for the disposal of treated effluent.
4. The project proponent is required to submit permission of MC, Sunam for disposal of treated effluent and the quantity of the treated effluent.
5. The project proponent is required to proposal for disposal of solid waste.
