On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted point wise reply of the observation raised on previous application on 11.12.2025.
2. The project proponent has not submitted analysis report of effluent sample collected from outlet of ETP cum STP carried out by Board’s approved lab.
3. The project proponent needs to apply under new categorization as approved by CPCB vide orange category [Type of Category HEALTH CARE FACILITIES vide no. 3.5 (51 to 200 bedded HCFs)]
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 1 day.
