On Examining the application, it has been observed that:-
1. In Application Form, Total investment is 25.52 Lacs but in CA Certificated it is 23.49 Lacs.
2. Distance report is not counter signed by concerned Tehsildar.
3. The industry has not submitted proper land use classification.
4. The industry has not provided approved Building plan.
5. Details of equipment for treatment of trade effluent.
6. The industry is advised to deposit required CTO fee along with penalty, NOC regularization fee and provide the details of calculation of the fee.
7. The industry has not uploaded brief project report with manufacturing process flow chart.
The industry is requested to clarify above within 02-days. |
