On scrutinizing the application, following points have been observed:-
1. The project proponent has not mentioned the installed capacity of product in the application form.
2. According to the manufacturing process attached, surface finishing and hardware installation will also be carried out. However raw materials for same have not been mentioned in the application form.
3. The project proponent has mentioned same value of water consumption and waste water generation in application form which is not feasible as approximately 80% of water consumed is generated as wastewater. Moreover, the treatment details, disposal, area of disposal is not mentioned in the application form.
4. The project proponent has not submitted site plan of the proposed unit.
5. The brief project report submitted by the unit is incomplete with respect to disposal arrangements of used/discarded polish, PVC films, laminates and cost estimation of land, plant & machinery and other assets.
6. Based on point 5, the adequacy of fee cannot be adjudged.
7. The project proponent has not mentioned in the brief project regarding the control dust emissions during the cutting, drilling, grooving process of plywood/sheets.
You are therefore requested to re-submit the application after meeting above said clarifications. |
