The application has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The applicant has not filled the application form completely. The name of village in address of the industry has not been mentioned.
2. In the feasibility report quantity of wastewater has been mentioned 10 KL, however the industry has proposed to install ETP of capacity 3 KL, which is inadequate.
3. The applicant has not provided any site suitability certificate from the Department of Town & Country Planning. The report submitted from Tehsildar Zira is not clear w.r.t situation of the industry from MC limits, village lal lakir/phirn and residential area and the industry is required to submit clear report in this regard from SDM Zira.
4. The applicant has not submitted any site / location plan, revenue record for 25 Kanal 18 Marla of the site.
5. The applicant has not submitted authority letter in the name of Sh. Rohit Garg, partner. As per record submitted he is not a partner of the firm.
6. The Khasra plan submitted by the industry does not have all khasra for site area 25 Kanal 18 Marla mentioned. |
