The application of the HCF was scrutinized & observed that the C.A. certificate submitted by the brick kiln is more than 03 years old & the land & building value of the brick kiln was not mentioned in the C.A. certificate. The brick kiln is required to submit latest C.A. certificate mentioning total gross value of the brick kiln, so that adequate consent fee can be calculated.
Further the water extraction & water consumption details filled in the application form are contradictory & the brick kiln had also not filled the disposal details of waste water generation in application form.
The BKO has applied for fresh CTO under Water Act, 1974, but has submitted request letter for grant of renewal of CTO under Air Act, 1981 & documents submitted with applications are also for renewal of CTO under Air Act, 1981.
Hence the clarification is hereby raised with request to submit the requisite documents within 03 days.
