1. The industry was granted consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Varied/LDHKH/2022/18279904 dated 07/04/2022 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Varied/LDHKH/2022/18279763 dated 07/04/2022 both valid upto 31/03/2023 for the manufacturing of Packed Drinking Water @ 104300 KL/Year and Non-alcoholic Carbonated Beverages Soft Drinks (Coke, Fanta, Limca, Sprite, Thumsup and Kinley Soda,) @ 121413 KL/Year with following special condition:
a. The industry shall provide D.O meter with the aeration tank, within 10 days and shall submit compliance of the same to the Board, within 03 days, thereafter.
b. The industry shall submitted a copy of the unaudited CA certificate within 03 months. In case the consent bracket of the industry increase beyond 150-200 crores’ fee bracket, the industry shall be liable to pay corresponding differential amount in consent fee.
c. The industry shall obtain authorization under the Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 immediately.
d. The industry shall comply with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) liabilities as per Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016.
Kindly submit compliance of above said special conditions in annotated form.
2. The industry has increased its fixed assets from Rs. 14511.33 Lacs to Rs. 15200.22 Lacs. Please provide detail for increase in fixed assets.
3. It is mandatory on part of the industry to submit effluent analysis report from Board's lab / NABL approved lab being mandatory documents for obtaining renewal of 'consent to operate', as per PPCB office order no. SEE(HQ-1)/2014/86 dated 24.02.2014.
