Show cause notice for refusal of renewal of CTOs under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 has been issued to the industry vide no. 3112 dated 18/11/2022 to file written reply before the Worthy CEE of the Board within 15 days from the date of issuance of notice. A copy of the same is attached herewith for information & necessary action. Failing which, it shall be presumed that the industry has nothing to say and Board shall go ahead to take proposed action in the matter without giving any further notice/ opportunity. |
