The application of the pp was scrutinized and it has been observed as under:
1. as per the application form, total cost of project is Rs. 1713.03 lakhs and cost of p&m is 729.24 lakkhs. However, as per the CA certificate, total value of project is Rs. 1719.7 lakhs and cost of p&m is Rs. 669.76 lakhs. As such, there is difference in the details mentioned in CA certificate and data filled in application form.
2. the industry has not mentioned details of built-up area in its application form.
As such, the pp is required to clarify regarding above within 02 days, so that further action may be taken in the matter, please. |
