The application of the industry has been scrutinized and found that the industry has deposited consent to operate fee for Rs. 5500/- i.e. for five years from date of commencement of the industry. It is informed you that period from any date of commencement of the industry upto 31st March of said financial year shall be considered one year for consent fee as the industry has submitted consent fee for five years which is valid upto 31.03.2027 and if consent to operate application may be considered for grant the same, it shall be upto 30.06.2026 as per procedure schedule of the Board.
