We were directed by the board vide letter no. 6245, dated 13.10.2022 :
1. The industry shall reduce its production capacity to 50% of the earlier consented production capacity i.e. manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients @ 737.25 MT/Year.
Compliance: in Compliance to the said direction of the board, we have submitted this application for CTO renewal with 50% capacity.
2. An interim Environment Compensation of Rs. 2 crores is hereby imposed upon the industry pending actual assessment and in this regard a separate order will be passed.
Compliance: we have deposited 25% of the levied amount and requested Worthy chairman of the Board to review this decision, basis the submission made in the representation. Copy attached for ready reference please as annexure-1
