Sir,
this is the latest CA certificate as per financial year ended 31.3.2022 was granted by the CA and till date valid due to the next FY will ended on 31.3.2023.
the list of machinery added is attached which are non polluted.
We are in the same bracket of less than 10 lakh so no need of NOC regularization fees to be deposit. our Consent to operate under air is still valid upto 30.6.23 and under water was valid up to 30.6.2022 so, we are attaching the cheque of Rs.2200.00 as additional fees under water act.
Further, it is informed that we are not operating the unit and not procuring the raw material after expiry of the AUC.
