The application has been scrutinized and the following observations have been made:
1. The Project Proponent (PP) has applied for Consent to Establish (CTE) under the category of “Poultry, Piggery, and Hatchery.” However, the name of the establishment is mentioned as AVNOOR POUNTRY FARM. It appears that the word “POULTRY” has been inadvertently misspelled as “POUNTRY,” which needs to be corrected.
2. The PP is required to submit the partnership deed / proprietorship certificate.
3. The PP has not submitted the document regarding land use classification/DTP report of the project site.
4. The PP has not submitted the site plan of the unit.
You are hereby required to clarify the above said objections/observations within 02 days.
