The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and various discrepancies observed as under:
1. The industry has not filled complete application form i.e. PART-B: TECHNICAL INFORMATION(GENERAL), PART-C: TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CONSENT UNDER WATER ACT, 1974 serial no. 7 (Treated Wastewater Disposal Details) as well as detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the earlier consent granted by the Board i.e. PART-D: TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CONSENT UNDER AIR ACT,1981. The industry needs to clarify regarding the same.
2. CA certificate submitted by the industry is showing the increase of fixed assets as per earlier consent granted by the Board. The industry needs to submit detail regarding increase of fixed assets alongwith bills. The industry needs to submit NOC regularization fee against the increase in fixed assets.
3. The compliance report submitted by the industry is not proper. The industry needs to submitted compliance report in annotated form alongwith supporting documents.
As such, it is requested to clarify the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. |
