Reply of Observations as details below
1.No increase in building due to increase in building assets @ Rs.25.08 Lac .We have purchase Decorative material Like Flowers, Glass Chandeliers material, Other decorative material like Bamboos ropes etc. @ about Rs.20.00 Lac which credit to building account. Refer purchase bills and copy of account attached herewith for your reference please.
2.We undertake that there is no increase in building
3.We have repaired the existing pumps/motors .These repair expenses has been credit into machinery account(Increase in plant and machinery@0.07 Lac).There is no increase in machinery.
4.Find enclosed herewith an undertaking as required
