The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it has been observed as under :-
1. The industry has not submitted any certificate regarding land use classification of the site of the industrial premises.
2. The industry has not submitted any valid proof regarding the date of commissioning of the industry i.e. electricity bill/GST certificate/VAT number.
3. The industry is required to deposit consent fees against the fee slab of 50-75 Lacs as per the C.A certificate submitted by the industry, however, the industry has only deposited Rs. 10,000/- as consent fees, which is not adequate.
4. The industry has not submitted any proposal/arrangements regarding the treatment and disposal of RO reject generated from the processing of mineral water.
5. The industry has not submitted any details as to whether the industry has dismantled the machinery installed for filling mineral water in plastic cups/single use plastic.
The industry is requested to reply to above clarifications within 2 days. |
