The application scrutinized and found that earlier the CA Certificate submitted by the unit of Rs. 1320.39 lacs and now the total fixed assets of Rs. 1785.01 lacs, but the institute has failed to submit any detail regarding increase in total fixed assets. The unit has not submitted approved building plan from Competent Person. The unit has not submitted any documents regarding dispose of MSW. Earlier, the unit was granted CTO with the special condition that the institute will install STP of adequate capacity keeping in mind the future growth in the nos. of
student, but the unit has not intimation regarding installation of STP.
