It is intimated that the application of the project proponent for obtaining consent to operate was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent needs to submit analysis sample report of effluent samples from Board’s approved lab.
2. The project proponent needs to submit a certificate from concerned authorities to intimating the built up area of project within a period of one month. The certificate shall also state that project has been completed and is executed as per approved plans as per special condition of the earlier granted consent to operate of the Board.
3. The project proponent needs to submit permission from the CGWA/PWRDA for the abstraction of additional quantity of ground water as per special condition of the earlier granted consent to operate of the Board.
It is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days so as to proceed further in the matter. Until then the application will be treated as incomplete. |
