The application of the industry was scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The industry was granted CTE for total production of YARN @ 8817.27 MT/Year and total wastewater generation @ 90 KLD. Now, the industry has applied for partial CTO for production of Yarn @ 7876 MT/year (i.e. 90% of proposed capacity) and wastewater generation @ 45 KLD (i.e. 50% of the proposed capacity). As such the industry is required to submit proper details of generation of wastewater viz-a-viz production capacity and no. of workers
2. The industry has mentioned that treated wastewater @ 45 KLD shall be used onto land for plantation and lawns in 8 acres. The industry is required to give season wise disposal details of the treated effluent.
Please clarify within 2 days so that further necessary action can be taken. |
