The reply of the objection raised are as under:-
1. The applicant is requested to submit the NOC fee and details of disposal of treated effluent.
The RO reject will be evaporated through MEE and RO Permeate will be used for following purposes: -
a. Road Sprinkling: - The contracts with concerned departments i.e PSIEC/MC/NHAI for Road Sprinkling will be submitted while applying for Consent to Operate.
b. Construction Activities: - The Construction activities are on-going process and the details will be submitted regularly while operation.
c. Process/Cooling purposes in nearby industries. The contracts with nearby industries will be submitted while applying for Consent to Operate.
d. Bottling Plant: - The RO permeate will also be sold to the industries which are using DM Plant right now.
2. The applicant is required to submit the details of SPV to be made for operation of CETP.
The project is not using any subsidy from any Government department. The project is entirely profit based entity and will be operated by Proprietor/Company. There is no requirement of SPV to be formed.
3. The applicant is required to submit the area classification certificate from the competent authority/ CLU certificate.
We have submitted Undertaking regarding Land Use classification as Industrial Use. We will submit the letter from DTP, Ludhiana while obtaining Consent to Operate.
Please grant us NOC.
