The application was scrutinized and observed that:-
The industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. However, the industry has not submitted feasibility report w.r.t APCD installed with its machinery. The industry has not submitted adequacy certificate from PSCST, Chandigarh. Moreover, the industry has not submitted proof of date of commissioning i.e electricity bill. The industry is also required to submit hard copy in this office alongwith complete document, as the industry is applying for the first time.
