We have the following to submit for your kind consideration:
1) Detail of expansion made in value of fixed assets from 1.67 crore to 1.71 crose has been attached in document No.1
2) The undertaking regarding no increase in production capacity or pollution load in attached in document no. 2
3) Pointwise compliance of the previous CTO conditions has been attached in document no. 3
4) We Shall not carry out any spray painting process in house without providing paint booth and we shall intimate the Board after providing the APCD
5) Please refer to previous point
6) CTO fee has now been submitted online for Water consent Rs 54000 and for Air consent Rs 14100 after deducting the excess amount of Rs 39900 deposited with PPCB during our previous consent process
7) Rs 39900/- is pending with the board which has been clearly mentioned in the last paragraph of PPCB letter No. 1962 dt 14.05.2020. This letter has been attached at document no. 4.
