Show cause notice for refusal of consent to operate under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 alongwith an opportunity to submit reply within 7-days has been issued to the industry vide Board's letter no. 7417-18 dated 5/12/2022 (copy attached). It is requested to get the copy of the notice delivered to the industry through special messenger and send the receipt of the same. It is also requested to submit his comments on the reply to be submitted by the industry w.r.t. notice and also give comments on the Board's letter no. 22641-46 dated 14/10/2022 as well as ETP is adequate for such type of wastewater generated from the project and send fresh recommendations so as to enable his office to decide the application. |
