The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit is required to submit ambient air analysis report from NABL/Board's approved laboratory.
2. The unit has not submitted proofs regarding obtaining raw material through legal sources duly verified by the Department of Irrigation-cum-Mining, Rupnagar.
3. The unit has not submitted ownership/ partnership deed supporting documents in favor of Sh. Aman Phutela. Further, as per sale deep attached the stone crusher has been sold to 03 no. parties.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 3 days so that the application can be processed further.
