It is submitted that the application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry was earlier granted provisional CLU vide DTP office memo no. 1459 dated 24.09.2022 for land area 19 kanals 14 marlas bearing khasra nos. 11//11/7-13, 12/8-0, 13/1/1-4, 19/2/1-0, 18/1/1-16, 20/1/0-1. Thereafter, the industry has submitted request letter in this office for expansion of existing premises by adding 12 kanals land bearing khasra no. 11/3/8-0, 11//8/2/2-1 9/1/2/1-19 and accordingly the letter has been issued vide no. 4873 & 4874 dated 24.08.2022 to the concerned authorities regarding verification of siting guidelines. But, no reply / report has been received till date.
2. The industry has applied for obtaining consent to establish (NOC) for expansion the manufacturing capacity from 6 TPH to 7.5 TPH of paddy processing. Therefore, the industry is required to submit capacity certificate from the concerned department / DFSC to process the application.
3. The industry is required to submit location map with earmarkation of additional machinery to be installed in the premises.
As such, it is requested to reply above said observation within 2 days so that application may be processed further.
