The application submitted by the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The industry has applied under red category (Electronic industries using hazardous substances) and the same is not proper. The industry needs to apply under new category as per CPCB letter no. CP-18/1/2023-IPC-VI-HO-CPCB-HO dated 12.02.2025 regarding harmonization of classification of industrial sectors under Red, Orange, Green, White and Blue categories.
2. The industry has not submitted latest CA certificate.
3. The industry has submitted that they deposited Rs. 14.40 lacs each. However, the industry has not linked the fee with the application.
4. As per serial no. 2, the adequacy of fee deposited by the industry cannot be adjudged.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
