On scrutinizing the application it was observed that the project proponent is required to upload the copy of change of land use issue issued by the Concerned Govt. Authority. Accordingly clarification dated 10.03.2023 was raised to clarify within 02 days.
Now the project proponent vide its reply dated 10.03.2023 has submitted that
Respected Sir, Change in land use has been obtained from MC, Amritsar vide letter no. MTP/1588 dated 27.07.2018 and same has been uploaded along with application form and is again attached as Document-1
However on scrutinizing an attachment which consist of correspondence for Municipal Commissioner regarding the grant of CLU to the firm and the fee deposited for the same has been uploaded by the project proponent. However the copy of CLU issued in 2010 as mentioned in Municipal Commissioner letter has not been uploaded.
You are hereby again requested to submit the copy of CLU issued as desired above.
Clarify within 01 day.
