The reply of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. As per record of this office, the industry has earlier installed 14 high temperature, high pressure cone dyeing machines of capacities (1x170 Kg, 1x140 Kg, 1x100 Kg, 2x80 Kg, 02x50 Kg, 02x45 Kg, 01x25 Kg, 02x12 Kg, 01x02 Kg & 01x01 Kg). As such, the total capacity of the machines comes out to be 812 Kg viz a viz shares of 340 KLD.
2. However, as per the detailed submitted in the clarification, the industry has installed 14 no.s of machines with total capacity 868 Kg. The industry has changed the machines without permission of the Board, kindly clarify.
3. The proposed expansion of 06 machines (130 Kg total capacity) will generate additional 52 KLD. Kindly clarify its disposal-details/shares.
4. The industry has submitted liquor 5.5 of existing machines and 4.5 of proposed machines without any evidence. Kindly clarify.
