It is submitted that the application of the unit was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit is required to submit a fresh application under the Water Act, 1974 also along with requisite consent fee, as mentioned in the order issued by Hon’ble NGT.
2. The unit has not mentioned about activity for which CTO is required. 3. The unit has not deposited Consent to establish (NOC) fee of RS. 1400 to this office.
4. The unit is required to deposit Notional fee of Rs. 25000 in addition to CTO fee deposited for availing the benefit of Voluntarily Disclosure Scheme (VDS) for the unit established before 01.01.2000.
5. The unit has not mentioned detail regarding usage, treatment & disposal of domestic effluent generated within the premises.
6. The unit has not submitted location plan. As such, it is requested to reply above said observations so that application may be processed further. |
