Your applicatoin was considred at Regional Office level and it was observed that the earlier CA certificate submitted by the industry dated 17.11.2012 was valued to Rs. 14.24 Lac ( cost of plant and machinery as 10.51 Lac), however now the industry has submitted CA certificate amounting to 66 Lakhs (cost of plant and machinery as Rs. 29.83 Lac), the industry has submitted reply mentioning that the increase in machinery is due to repair and maintenance., which is not justified as there has been substential amount of increase in plant and machinery.
As such you are hereby requested to provide year wise CA certificate from 2012 onwards and details of machinery with value as present in the premises of the industry., so that application may be processed further. |
