The application of the has been scrutinized and it was observed as under : -
1. The industry has not submitted date of proof of commissioning its unit. The industry has filled October, 2022 as date of commissioning in the application form, however, it has not deposited penalty charges because the consent fee will be applicable w.e.f. October, 2022.
2. The industry has not submitted approved building plan from the Competent Authority under Director of Factories Act Punjab.
As such, the application cannot be proceed further. So, you are requested to attend the above said observations within 3 days so that the case may be processed further. |
